Sephardi Voices: Jews from North Africa, the Middle East and Iran

Discover the stories of Sephardi Jews in the twentieth century in this audio-visual exhibition featuring the testimonies of individuals from North Africa, the Middle East and Iran.
The Sephardi Jewish community originates from Spain, North Africa and the Middle East. It is a community which has often been under-represented in the British Jewish story.
This exhibition brings to life the experiences of Jewish immigrants to the UK from Egypt, Lebanon, Sudan and beyond through a series of video interviews. Many of these stories are of communities that no longer exist, keeping their memories alive.
